I just moved to rural GA and being remote my cell service sucks! Is there any type of booster or device that Verizon offers to improve cell service?
Look into network extenders which VZW sells, purchased at a one-time charge, no monthly fee....
Does require a high speed internet connection but acts as a micro-cell site/tower and actually creates a signal (rather than just boosting an existing signal).
They generally do work very well and most that get them are quite happy from feedback I've been made aware of.

Do you have broadband in your area? I'm not sure any boosters can boost all the bands Verizon uses. if you could be more specific about exactly where you live

Exactly, which is why I included that info in my reply.....
KATLEN11, we want to make sure you have service, especially at home. Let's look into what options we do have for you. We do have Network Extenders that will help with Calls. You can click here for more information: https://www.verizonwireless.com/accessories/samsung-4g-lte-network-extender-bu103/ . You do need to have fast speed internet at home to run the Network Extender. We can also look into your area. What is your ZIP Code? Do you have issues with Calls, Text Messages, and Data?

I have the same question. I live in a rural area of Virginia, the nearest Verizon tower appears to be about 12 miles away as the crow flies, according to the cell maps I found online. I contacted Verizon support to see what they could offer to improve the signal. They recommended a network extender, without even asking if I had broadband - in fact I specifically asked if it required an Internet connection, because I want something that will work when cable is out.The rep assured me it did not. So I ordered it, received it today and yes, it's exactly what I don't want. So does Verizon offer any type of signal booster or do I need to look elsewhere?
