I recently went to the beyond unlimited and I'm getting speeds that are an absolute joke.

Like less than 1 Mbps download and upload speed which is a pathetic excuse for speed. What's the deal here, what is going on? I know it's not a bad setting or needing a factory reset since I've done both and my job is a technician in a Verizon retailer so I work on phones all day and there isn't anything wrong on my end.

When did you switch and how much data have you used? Are you sure you are on Beyond and not Go? Also could be congestion. As Verizon tech you should be aware of plans and their features.

I switched last month, or before my most recent bill and we went ahead and setup it up so that last month I had Beyond as well. I know that I don't have Go because that is what I had before and I switched to beyond because I occasionally used my Hotspot and the Go's Hotspot is a joke, also My Verizon account says that Ih have Beyond. Congestion is one thing but dropping to speeds under 1 Mbps is an unacceptable no matter what when I am on the Beyond Unlimited plan. This wasn't the first or only time this has happened either, it happens from time to time and flat out shouldn't happen at all and its not like my phone is old or out of date considering I have the Note 8 and always keep it up to date.

You can't say it shouldn't happen at all if there is congestion or your are being deprioritized. Are you over 22 GB for the month?

Most of the time, you'll enjoy the same great network experience when subscribing to the Beyond Unlimited Plan. However, once your line exceeds 22 GB's during your billing cycle, your data speeds will be temporarily queued behind other Verizon Wireless customers.
