Signal Strength Patchy in Chandler, AZ

Hello,

I have been with Verizon for 10 years now and have been very happy with the network. But, since last year, the signal strength started becoming very patchy. I changed from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7, thinking it was my phone. But, I heard the same issue from other users. Even in the center of Tempe, AZ downtown (8th St and Mill), I see only one bar. I cannot use my phone from inside my home in Chandler (Gilbert Rd and Ocotillo Rd) anymore. Same issue from my spouse's phone.

In general, is something going on with your network in this area? This is becoming very frustrating to say the least. Is anyone else seeing the issue?

I rely on my phone to work where I need it most and definitely want your phone working where you need it, TECFEESH. What happens when using the phone for calls, text, and data? How is service when not in your home?
