For several months now I have been experiencing problems with my wireless service. Calls are being dropped within seconds of connecting. When they are not being dropped, the person on the other line only hears every other word I say. I‘ve contacted Verizon about these issues several times over the past two or three months and visited their stores. They said there was a problem with my phone. I’m on my third replacement phone and I’m still experiencing the same issue. Verizon passed the problems off to Apple. I’ve contacted Apple several times and visited their store. Apple ran tests and said the problems are with Verizon’s wireless service. I don’t know what to do. I’ve asked Verizon if they could check on the towers in my area (zip code 30315). Verizon said there are no reported issues and my issues are isolated. What can I do outside of switching wireless carriers which is a very possible option at this point.
