I called my wife who could not answer her phone. I got back a text message "I can't answere the phone right now. Please call back later. " She did not send a text. How can I get rid of the automated reply service?
Her phone itself might be setup to automatically send out a text message while the person is driving or can't otherwise answer the phone.
We certainly want to ensure you get the right setup for her so that we can stop these erroneous messages. What model is her phone? Has this message been sent on every missed call she has received?
