I am working on video streaming configuration similar to that offered by VirtualPhotoWalk for disabled kids in my area so they can (virtually) go hiking/kayaking with me. In east Tennessee there are a lot of geographical shadows due to the terrain so the verizon cell signal is spotty at best. Are there any practical ways to improve my network coverage that do not violate verizon's usage policies? I am willing to carry an additional 30-40 lbs of equipment on my back for this purpose.
