Moto E (2nd Generation) Mexico Sim Card

My wife and I will be in Mexico for at least 6 months and I want to see if I can put a Tecel card (or other Mexican carrier) in her Moto E 2nd Generation phone to be just used in Mexico.

artlau27 How exciting to be going to Mexico for 6 months. Our 4G devices are not locked but we can't guarantee they will work with another carrier. We do have plans that include Mexico.
