No service at Boeing Mesa

I have no talk, text or data coverage while at work in 85215 when inside a building on first floor near a window.

Is this normal to not have ANY coverage? I used to have coverage but that became less and less over the last

few months.  This is on a galaxy S7, others in the same area with Iphones experience same issue.

Everything checks out in that area. Signal will always decrease indoors due to building materials, so regretfully, we are unable to guarantee service indoors. How are your services when you are just outside this building?
