When do I receieve material to send back my traded in phone via mail?

I recently ordered a new phone and opted to trade in my current one. Was I supposed to receive my new phone at the same time as the prepaid box to send my current one, or do I have to send my current one in first? Not sure I can do without my phone for week. Thanks!

Congratulations on ordering your new phone Cody. No, it's usually shipped separately. We always want you to have a working phone. I'll be happy to help and clarify. You will not ship in your current phone first. You will receive the new phone first. Wait for the prepaid box, it will come in at the same time or separately with the new phone. Did this help?
