Reduced signal at home.

I have been a customer since 1995, with the same home address. Up until about a year ago the signal was either 3 or 4 bars, and we rarely lost

calls. The signal started diminishing then, and now I am lucky if I get 1 bar. We lose calls al the time. This is a real issue. Did something happen to a tower?? Our phones are reasonably new. This should not happen.

Please advise what can be done.

What is your zip code? Have you opened a ticket with Verizon Technical Support (800-922-0204 or *611)? Could be there is some network equipment that has failed.

Your tenure since 1995 is greatly appreciated, suzy851. jav6 has been very helpful, and pointed you in the right direction to get this resolved, but we want to save you some time. Let's get to the bottom of this. What zip code is this happening in? What happens on your phone when you lose a call (i.e. call failed error, poor audio, etc.)? Are text and data impacted?
