Hello Verizon,
I would like to report cell phone signal problem in the San Francisco bay area. There are 3 areas with very bad or no cell signals.
1. UCSF Medical Center
I cannot make or receive calls, text, or get data connection.

2. Certain areas in Millbrae
Frequent call drops, and weak signal in general.
Google Maps
3. Bart route between San Francisco downtown and Millbrae
There are a number of long sections of the route with no cell signal at all. On a 40 mins train ride, there is only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time with cell phone signal. With over 170,000 people ride the Bart trains every day (https://www.bart.gov/sites/default/files/docs/2016Factsheet_v12.pdf), it would seem like a good investment for Verizon to install cell antennas along the Bart route to ensure coverage.
I've done a side by side test when I switched carrier from Sprint to Verizon, and surprisingly Sprint had better signal strength in all 3 areas. I am disappointed to see Verizon is not on par even with Sprint here. Verizon, please look into resolving the signal problems in those areas. Thank you!
