I need to update the OS system on my Verizon Ellipsis 10 and it will not update in the security and update button. It just keeps searching and searching with no results. I found there is an update but cannot do it thru that tab. What can I do to update it so that I can load 2 of the games that need it updated. if I can get the OS system updated it might start acting better as well. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you
