My plan is $50 with an extra 4 in taxes. My balance lists $20 that I'm apparently allowed to use but when I log in to pay my bill, I can only pay the amount in full from my own debit card without using the said 20. I'm trying to save money for an apartment and while it's only and extra 20 it would really help. I've tried talking to Verizon call reps a few times and they've only given vague answers. I've not been able to use the Verizon chat since I first logged in. What do I do?
