Hey all,
How can I copy/store voicemail from android phone to an external storage, such as USB or CD.
If you are using Visual Voicemail, or a third party app like You mail or Google voicemail, you can save the audio files and then transfer them via USB cable from the phone's storage to your computer.
If the phone has an SD card, you can use a file manager app to move the files from where they are stored on the phone to the SD card.
For regular voicemail, *86 dial in to listen to your messages, it's more of a hassle and can cost money if you use a service.
What voicemail set up do you have?
SuzyQ - Thank you for the response - it was very helpful. I now have my file on my computer, but they are saved under .amr format, which will not play on my computer.
By the way, I have "Visual Voicemail".
Thank you
Tetemed
You may be able to find an online converter that will convert the .amr files to a .wav or .mp3 file.
Convert your AMR file to MP3 now - Free, Simple and Online is one I have used to convert files from one format to another..
