No, you can't have two phone numbers associated with the same device.
In most cases that means a second SIM card when iPhones do not make a dual sim phone.
However there are services that can do this for you. You can port a number to something like Google Voice. Other Apps like Skype, Viber, or paid services like Sideline might do the trick.
