Network is down

The network is down in the Walters, OK area this morning. Anybody know how to contact Verizon to report a network issue? Don't provide me the 800 support number, it is backed up beyond my life expectancy.

I can find all the ways to ask for more service, a more expensive phone, a new costly feature, but reporting trouble is hidden or nearly impossible.

I looked into our network issues for Walters, OK and did not see any open tickets. Are you still experiencing network issues? If so, what is the exact zip code for your area?
