Renewed $30 plan, now I cannot send / receive picture messages (even on wifi).

Question

I'm not entirely sure why, but I was an hour late renewing my plan for another month and now I cannot send or receive picture messages. I can connect and access wifi and I still cannot send picture messages. I can text just fine and it will send without a picture, but as soon as I send a picture it gives me an error "Message not sent: Invalid destination address".

Solved.

It was the app "Messages" by Samsung. It messed the ability to send / receive picture messages.
