Verizon Wireless 2917 Glen Eagle Dr, Units 1 And 2, West Valley City, UT
I have been in this store a number of times due to its proximity to my my home. I have been completely frustrated and disappointed by the feel of the store EVERY time. My recent visit makes me want to seek out a different wireless carrier all together. I purchased an $800 phone and was told to take it home and set it up, as they no longer do that in the store. In the past I have never left the store with a phone not completely ready to use. With the amount of money I/we pay for this wireless service, I/we should not have to go home and spend hours navigating the set up of our phones. I feel as though I/we are paying more for less.
As for the feel of the store, I feel like a number. I am not spoken to as a person wanting to purchase a phone but as an inconvenience. This is not acceptable. I have been advised by other Verizon Wireless stores to never go to this West Valley location due to the complaints these other stores have heard of. I will be heeding that advice, and I urge others to follow suit.
