Bad Service

I feel like I pay a lot of money for my service for it to be so bad, I don't have a land line and use my cell for all phone needs , this is not to good when I have to go out side to make and receive calls . I have had others come over and their phones do the same thing . I have a tower with in 2 miles of my house . I would like a Teck to come to my house and see what the problem is here ,I didn't have this problem in the past so something has happened . Zip 23124

RUSSWE9, let's get your calls working like they used to. When did this start? What happens when you try to make a call indoors? Are you able to text and browse the internet with the Wi-Fi off?

Your smartphone may be capable of WiFi calling. Check the settings.

You can ask all you want but a tech will not visit your home. VZW (no carrier) does NOT guarantee connectivity INSIDE your home.

If you do not have a WiFi calling capable phone then you might want to check into a land line in order to have service inside your home.
