Terrible download speeds for the last couple weeks...

The last couple of weeks have been really bad for me in Valencia CA (91355) I get voicemails from people trying to get a hold of me everyday, when my phone didn't even ring. I cannot listen to music, cannot see my feed on IG or FB, etc. Is verizon ever going to get good coverage in this area? What am I paying over $200 a month for, if I can't even use it most of the time?

I am truly sorry to hear of the serivce issues you are having in Valencia, CA. I do not see any alerts in the area. Exactly what are the data speeds you are receiving? You can run a speed test at www.speedtest.net

Also, how far do you have to travel to see an improvement in service?

I have attached my speedtest screenshot from today. I always have a faster

upload speed than download while on mobile data. I work 8 miles away from

work, and don't see much improvement through my drive home. I hit certain

areas where phone calls cut in and out on my route home as well. Only time

I have no issue is when I am on my home WIFI. I average 179.11 DL and 23.1

UL on WIFI.
