PAYMENT EXTENSION DUE TO HURRICANE IRMA

Hello,

I am a long time customer of Verizons (10 years at least) and i just called to make an arrangement to pay them two weeks later than the scheduled due date that they gave me so that I can take the $127.00 and put it towards food, electric, gas and any other life saving entity so that me, my wife, and child can eat and live. Guess what they had the nerve to tell me...NO. For those of you who are in the a similar situation I will be writing to the newspaper, tv news, and every forum that is related to this OR Verizons competitors! UNBELIEVABLE VERIZON YOU SUCK AND I WILL BE CHANGING CARRIERS IMMEDIATELY!!!

yes of course. the normal "customer service" agent gave me until the 28th of September. I told them I am requesting longer than that. they transferred me to financial services and gave me that same number because I told them my service was going in and out for the past 48 hours and in case I got disconnected again i wanted a direct number to them. The financial services operafor is who told me "No" and then just sat there on the line until I said "really, after 10 years of being with Verizon you can't give me 16 more days?" Because you know that Verizon is going to go bankrupt if they don't receive my $126.00!!! that's okay my uncle is a lawyer and he has another lawyer who works with him that is married to a news reporter. I'm currently speaking to them to make sure this gets to the appropriate news agencys

Did you try making the payment arrangements online?

I would think that those effected by the hurricane would be granted some extra time. Did you try to call back for a different rep?
