Terrible Service

I am having terrible service - no bars, can't make calls, missed calls, dropped calls - for the last couple days. Zip Code 48009. This is happening in the house and outside the house, as well as in the car around town. What is going on? This is not normal to have a 20 minute phone call take 11 redials. Really frustrated!

Let’s get some additional information and explore ways to improve your wireless experience with those calls. You indicate that this issue started a couple days ago; did you update/install any particular application/software a couple days ago? How many signal bars on your screen when you have calling issues? Phone model?

I live in Williamson Township NC which is south of HWY 381. Over the last 2 and 1/2 years the signal has gotten so bad I have to get in the car and drive 4 miles to get a signal. I have complained about this but seems like customer service is no more than a corporate mouthpiece to tell you what you want to hear. I don't understand how a signal can go from 3 and 4 bars a couple of years ago to almost nothing. Verizon knows there is a problem in this area but nothing is being done about it so I have no choice but to get Hughes net voice and get a straight talk phone from Walmart for everything else. This is very disappointing from a company that claims to have the best service. I don't want to hear a reply on this. "We are working hard to get you the best signal possible, we know how frustrating it is not to have a good signal and dropped calls". Well no you don't because if you did someone would be working on it. On another not they just logged out a lot of trees near me so my signal should have gotten better but alas it got worse.

I live in Denver Colorado and have been very disappointed with Verizon since I switched from

T-mobile. I’ve had Verizon in the past but have never had any issues like I have now. I have to open apps multiple times to get them to work properly, calls are constantly dropped and as soon as I walk into a building, the phone is inoperative and I’m stuck playing basic games. Also when I had my iPhone 6 Plus with T-Mobile, I rarely had to retart my phone, but since switching to the iPhone X with verizon, I have to reset my phone at least three times a day to get it to connect and work properly. Extremely disappointed In Verizon.
