There has been a general wireless service outage in the Harrisonburg, VA area. Any updates? Any timeline for repair completion?
The only official way to report an outage is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another phone and ask them to open a trouble ticket to investigate the issue.
With no phone service I am not able to call to report a outage in 22802. Is that seriously what you require?
