Why won't Verizon honor the $400 online only offer they posted (then removed) from the website earlier today. You have a loyal (1996) customer looking at other providers.
If they posted it and then removed it then it sounds like it was an error offer and they corrected it. Most of the time buried in the fine print of most companies they have disclaimers stating that promotions or offers provided in error are subject to not being honored.
