I am not sure who at Verizon monitors this page but I hope someone is paying attention! I have had almost 4 days of nothing but a terrible experience so far:

- Took all day Saturday to get my new phone up and working on Verizon

- Spent all day Sunday and part of Monday trying to figure out why the phone is horribly slow accessing the web (.6 mbps?? DL and can't even get an UL to finish??) - still waiting on Verizon to figure this out. They did send me an insulting video about what can cause a weak signal even though I told them my phone said the signal is good.

- Spent 3 days so far trying to set up a new account on the Verizon webpage - asked Verizon HD to help me and all they did was send me a registration email - I finally was able to set up my account today.

Now that I have my account set up I see the HD person I worked with on Saturday set me up at the lowest unlimited plan even though I told him I wanted the middle plan :smileysad:

So today I am trying to call Verizon to get some of these issue straightened out and their HD VRU is out of order (800-922-0204).

So far this has all been a terrible experience Verizon - I would like it if a supervisor could give me a call. (hopefully you can find my Verizon phone number from my name or my trouble ticket - Ticket Number [removed]
