I need help getting the balance on my Walmart/Verizon Prepaid Reuse card. Apparently, I can’t call or use live chat without a Verizon phone number. I would like to switch to Verizon, however, I don’t want to proceed without confirming the balance on my prepaid card as it was a gift and I’m not exactly sure how much is on it.
