I'm trying to download the southwest airline app and keep getting the message your device isn't compatible with this version. what can I do at this point?
You'd need to use a different device that has a more recent Android version. The Ellipsis 7 has Android version 4.4.2 and the Southwest Airlines app requires Android 6.0 and up.
