Recently while trying to play multiplayer games on my computer with the mobile hotspot on my phone I have been getting some strange latency. I can connect to voice calls just fine, my ping hovers around 50-90ms, can load into servers, load web pages as quick as usual, but when it comes to doing any action I have to wait 15+ seconds to get a response. According to the person I am in a call with when I do an action it happens immediately when I do something but for me to view what I have done on my end it takes 15 or more seconds. I have troubleshooted this and narrowed it down to my mobile hotspot being the problem. I have gone over the 15gb mobile hotspot data limit so I am sitting at 600kbs, BUT, I have gone over before and have it work just fine, this a new and recent problem.
