I have a galaxy 6 that is paid for and I am now on a prepaid program. I traveling to thailand soon and want to use my phone. Can I buy a sim card there and us my phone?

You should be able to, but you might not have access to 4G LTE networks there depending on the phone frequencies and the network frequencies.
It is always important to know your options when traveling konabill, all of our devices are unlocked by the manufacturer so you should not have any problem using your device, it would be necessary to check if the device is compatible with the provider you want to use it with.
