How do I discontinue Vz Navigator online?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or from the Products & Appspage in My Verizon.

Note: Uninstalling VZ Navigator from your device doesn't cancel your subscription. You'll be charged for the service until you unsubscribe through the app or My Verizon.

In the VZ Navigator app:

Tap the Menu icon.
Tap Preferences.
Tap Advanced.
Tap My Account.
Tap the Menu icon.
Tap Unsubscribe.

Note: These steps may vary by device or OS.

In My Verizon:

Go to the Products & Apps page.
Click the Manage Your Products tab at the top of the page.
Select the line that you want to unsubscribe.
Scroll to VZ Navigator, and then click Remove from Account.
Review the changes and bill impacts on the confirmation pop-up and then click Remove Product to confirm the transaction.

Note: You can only remove a product from one line at a time. To remove the same product from another line, you can choose that line and repeat steps c and d.
