LG 6 not merging calls

Hi,

I have a problem with my LG 6 merging calls. I cannot merge any calls coming in or when I dial out. I have a phone that is pay as you go, so I do not have a contract. I do believe thought that my phone should service include this service. Please help me.

Chave2018, it's important to us that you're able to use your call merging and we'll help figure out what's going on with your device. When did you start experiencing this problem? Is it the same with all calls you try to merge or does it only happen with certain numbers? Do you have the Advanced Calling feature active in your device?
