Verizon, do have a schedule if and when this phone will get the Oreo update?
Whatever information the customer service agents might know which unlikely as it is can't be released to the public until the update is actually released. At which point it will be post on Advanced Devices Software Updates | Verizon Wireless.
It’s important to have the latest update for your phone Rod456. As Ann154 mentioned we don’t have any details about when a software update will become available. The link that Ann154 provided is also the best place to check to see when the latest update was released.
