If I stick to offline apps like maps.me, and google translate while traveling, and use WhatsApp for messages, will these still use data, texts, etc?
Great question, 2530. Any app you access will require a data connection. You will need to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to use the WhatsApp outside of our network. Does this make sense?
