My face keeps hitting the mute button during calls. Any suggestions?
MattyLove, that is very strange that you are continuing to hit the mute button during calls. Let's work to get to the bottom of this. Does your device have any physical or liquid damage? Do you have a case on your device? If so I want you to test your device without the case on it. Let me know if you are still having issues.
