SO just like the title states i recenlty purchased a Razer Phone 2 im able to call and use data but not send texts it worked fine in the store yesterday but not im unable to send any!
It may be due to the East Coast outage that's apparently being addressed.
Having reliable text-based communications is paramount. There was a wide-spread outage, that has been fixed. Are you still having issue, with text messaging?
