I'm looking to see if I can use my iPhone 6 in Italy soon but when I try to turn on international coverage I get this message:
Sorry, none of your deviceswork outside of the U.S.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
Miss_ inscan, thank you for the information. We understand how important it is to use your phone anywhere you are. Please log into My Verizon to make sure an international plan is in place. You will also have to make sure Roaming is on for your device.
Settings > Cellular > Data Options > Touch Data Roaming to turn on. GabrielM_VZW
