Just wanted to let everyone know that i just went through the whole customer loyalty schpeal with verizon-wireless and they truly do not care about their customer brand loyalty. Trying to take advantage of their $750 off iPhone XS-Max if you buy one and they absolutely would not do it. Even though they sent an email with a link to the offer I attached to this posting. Said, sorry that is only for new customers - I said, ok well what about 20 year customers? What do they get? He pretty much said, well... nothing. Hmmmm... really. I was nice, I simply stated I thought it was garabge that they didn't care about their loyal customers. I wonder if they have ever read the documentary on The Ritz Carlton customer service strategy? Obviously they haven't.
Verizon certainely needs to work on their customer loyalty retention program. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh well, guess its time to see what other offers are out there. Since my loyalty doesn't mean anything to them, why should it mean anything to me? Anyone have any suggestions on a good deal out there?
