Can prepaid card do international roaming?

Hi guys!

My card is a prepaid verizon card and my device is the iphone 6s with wifi calling. While I'm outside the US, can I receive phone calls from US (assuming the phone is always on 5G wifi connection)?

Anyone has any experience to share? Thanks a lot!
