I upgraded to an XR at a Verizon store and then went to Costco to shop for other things where I found a much better deal totally incidentally. I returned the XR to Verizon within an hour, untouched and I got charged a $50 restocking fee. I’m floored and upset. I tried chatting w customer service and for nowhere. Anyone ever get this charged reversed? I’ve been a customer since 2010!
