We have been using a lot of data, even though we are on wi-fi when we are home. It looks like we are being charged for data even when we are at home. Why is this?
Verizon is not mysteriously charging you for data you are not using. You have an iPhone which are nortoriuos for unknowingly shutting off wi-fi. Also when data is reported on your bill is not when it was used it's when it was reported from the tower which could be off by hours
