Poor signal - Media, PA 19063

Over the last 2 weeks there has been an almost unuseable LTE signal in the Borough of Media, PA. My phone shows 2 slashes and LTE but I can't download any website and I can't even connect to a server to do a speedtest. Things time-out. Phone service is normal - not the greatest but serviceable. But the internet access is almost unuseable. What is up?

Hello togo109, we understand it's vital to have a great connection, and we would love to help. We don't see any problems in that area. Please tell us more. Do you know if anybody else is having the same issue? Is this only in a specific location? Do you have access to Wi-Fi?
