International Plan for $130 vs Travel Pass for $10 per line

This question may already have been asked and answered but I didn't see it...

My husband and I are going to Italy for 10 days. If we get the travel pass it would be $200 (assuming we both use our phones daily which is likely). Would it be best to do the $130 international plan instead? And if so this would be on top of our current plan which our daughter also uses?

Both travel pass and passport have to be added to each phone used. Travel plans are always additional charges on top of your existing service. There is also taxes added for usage.
