3G Speeds for over a Year

This service is Worthless and has been under 300KBS on Average over the past year. Customer Service was contacted on different occasions and says it's "Tower Maintenance" FOR 6 MONTHS??? in different cities and States?? This seems to be a violation of many Contracts held by 4G LTE users and violates TOS, FCC and Fair Trade Practices

The speed and reliability here in El Paso Texas is the worst ever!

My son just purchased the 10, expensive phone, and we can't even use it to capacity.

So frustrating, can't make calls and this situation is not changing, but the bill keeps coming!!!

My service is perfectly fine in spite of having the lowest priority in data. Ever considered your phone has a defective sim card, modem or antenna?
