I would be concerned too if I received an unexpected voicemail. Are you getting a call through at all before the voicemail? If you check your call log on the phone, does it show the caller?

No call number showing before hand.
I know some people use SlyDial app and I understand there are others... so it would be good to be able to block those as well.
