I had a big data usage this past month. Almost all of it was from video. The only video I used was from other iPhone users sending videos of grandkids. Are those the videos I'm being charged for?

You can always check your usage via your My Verizon account. It will show the dates & times of when the data usage happened. Please take a look at the section "5.
