Time zone changes

Almost every mnorning my iphone X changes the time zone and with this the time changes. It seems to move 5 hiurs ahead each time. I can go in and turn off automatic settting and then turn it back on and it corrects inself. I have no idea what is happening.

With our phones replacing our alarm clock, it's vital that the accuracy is there. Was there a time when your iPhone X's time did not jump around? Do you live close to a time change border?
