My best friend can text me, but her calls go straight to voicemail. We both have iPhones, and it doesn't matter where I am. I've checked to make sure her number isn't blocked.

Does your phone show that this particular person called you at all or does it just show a voicemail message that has been left? Is your device software completely updated?
