My First Responder discount was changed from $10/line (we have 4 lines so it was $40 total/mo discount) to $20 per account?? Apparently Verizon doesn't appreciate the sacrifice First Reponders make as much as others do who are offering much better discounts for risking our lives everyday for helping those in need of emergency services keeping the public safe. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years...Time to shop around!
