The Chat link does not open a chat window, in either iMac or Windows (current Firefoxbrowser). How can I access Chat, please?

As my original message said, that link does not work. I am running iMac High Sierra 10.13.6 and accessing the ‘net with Firefox 71.0. The chat with us button lights up on mouseover but the click through does nothing.
We'd like to apologize, bylld4. We definitely want you to be able to access our chat site. Have you ever been able to access this before? What has you reaching out to our Chat Team?
