Have been trying for 4 days to add numbers to my Block list on Verizon web site. Either loads a blank screen or responds "unable to process request...try again later." Um, it's been 4 days. How much later is "later?" Can't connect with a human being or report a trouble ticket. Submitted a Feedback Comment that obviously went into the trash. Guess Customer Service is not in Verizon's terminology. Disappointed. Have been a Verizon customer for many years but now seriously considering finding another provider.
